What Is Legends Select

Travel Ball.
Done Right.

Most travel ball programs run from tournament to tournament with no predictable schedule, no season structure, and coaches who are parents doing their best. Legends Select is something entirely different.

This is a structured league with a real season, real standings, real playoffs, and a championship. Every team is coached by a full-time Legends professional. Every game means something. Every practice builds something. And you have to earn your way in.

If your player is ready for the highest level of Bay Area youth baseball, this is where they belong.

What Is Legends Select

Everything the Top Programs Have.
And More.

Professional Coaches Only

Every team is led by a full-time Legends professional coach. Not a parent volunteer. A real, credentialed, development-first coach who does this for a living.

Two Practices Per Week

One skills training session focused on mechanics and development. One session focused on competitive reps and game prep. Both coached by professionals.

Real Season Structure

Six weekends of Saturday double headers, a playoff weekend, a championship game, and an all-star game. Real stakes. A real season. Not a random tournament every weekend.

15+ Guaranteed Games

More games than four typical fall tournaments combined, played without time limits or mercy rules. Full games. Real baseball. Every inning matters.

Smart Bay Area Travel Only

All games are Bay Area only. Teams alternate hosting and traveling each Saturday. No surprise drives to Fresno. No random overnights. Predictable and family-friendly.

No Mercy Rules

We play full games every time. No slaughter rules. No time limits cutting games short. Development requires adversity, and we let kids play through it.

Arm Health First

No back-to-back pitching days. Proper ramp-up protocols built into every week. We follow best practices because your player has a long career ahead of them.

Predictable Schedule

Your family gets the full calendar before the season starts. Saturdays only for games. No midweek surprises. Plan your life around baseball, not the other way around.

0x
Youth pitchers who play with arm fatigue are 36 times more likely to injure their throwing shoulder or elbow, according to research by Dr. James Andrews and the American Sports Medicine Institute.

Legends Select builds proper ramp-up, rest days, and pitch count discipline into every week of the season.

Legends Select has two divisions. The Prospect Division is for 9U players. The Legacy Division is for 10U and 11U players.

Legends Select is designed for advanced, competitive players ages 8 through 11.

Your child’s division is based on how old they are on January 1, 2027.

Your child must be 8 or 9 years old on January 1, 2027.

Your child must be 10 or 11 years old on January 1, 2027.

Just ask yourself one question.

How old is my child on January 1, 2027?

8 or 9 years old = Prospect Division

10 or 11 years old = Legacy Division

Each team carries 13 players. We are looking for advanced players who demonstrate strong fundamentals, coachability, and a genuine love for the game. We evaluate athleticism, baseball IQ, effort, and attitude. Your player does not need to be the best kid in their school, but they should be among the most advanced players at their age level.

Two practices during the week, one indoors and one outdoors, both coached by Legends professionals. During the season, Saturday is game day with a double header either in the morning or afternoon. No midweek games. No Sunday tournaments. A consistent, predictable week you can plan around.

All games are within the Bay Area. Teams rotate between hosting and traveling each Saturday. One week you might host in your home location, the next week you travel to another Bay Area location. No out-of-area tournaments and no overnight travel required.

Your player is guaranteed 15 or more games across the regular season, playoffs, and championship weekend. That is more games than most players get from attending four separate fall tournaments, and every game is played without time limits or mercy rules. Full games. Every time.

The full season is $2,780 on a payment plan, which is a deposit of $695 followed by three additional payments of $695. If you pay in full upfront the cost is $2,580, saving you $200. Both options include all practices, all regular season games, playoffs, the championship weekend, and the all-star game. Uniforms are purchased separately.

Yes. Players currently in the Legends ecosystem will receive first-round invites to tryout for their regional team before open tryouts are held. This does not guarantee a spot, but it does guarantee first access. Register your interest below to stay informed.

Development requires adversity. When you stop a game early, you rob players on both sides of a valuable experience. The team that is losing learns resilience. The team that is winning learns to maintain focus and play clean baseball. We play full games because that is how the game is meant to be played.

Just email us at help@legendscamps.com. Tell us your child’s birthday and we will tell you exactly where they belong.
